This project involved designing and developing a fully responsive, professionally branded welcome email for a client’s onboarding workflow. Previously, the client was sending plain-text emails with a ZIP file attached, which lacked visual appeal and did not reflect the professionalism of their business. I created a custom HTML and CSS email template that integrates seamlessly with Laravel’s built-in mailing system, automatically sending whenever a new user registers on the site. The email is designed with mobile-first responsiveness, inline-optimized CSS for cross-client compatibility, and a clean, modern layout that enhances the user experience across all major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.). This upgrade transforms a simple text message into a polished, branded communication that gives the small business a “big business” presence. The email welcomes the client, clearly outlines next steps, and includes all required files for completion—streamlining the onboarding process and improving overall professionalism.

This project involved a complete website redesign, including both front-end and back-end development. The client’s workflow previously relied on manually processing intake forms, sending follow-up emails, and securely managing documents. I developed a custom back-end system that streamlined this process—allowing the client to receive submissions, securely store uploaded documents, and efficiently create and manage invoices within a unified interface. The website was built using Laravel (PHP) and Tailwind CSS, incorporating AJAX for a seamless and responsive user experience. Additionally, I designed a professional, branded email template that automatically sends personalized welcome messages and required intake forms to new clients. To ensure reliable email delivery, I configured SPF and related DNS records through the client’s Webmail setup, preventing messages from being flagged as spam

I designed and developed a full-stack real estate web application from scratch to demonstrate my ability to build production-ready systems and scalable backend architecture. The entire frontend interface was styled using Tailwind CSS, allowing me to create a modern, responsive UI with a consistent design system. Rather than relying on prebuilt templates or third-party CMS platforms, I built a fully custom on-premise content management system that allows administrators to manage properties and agents directly from the application. The CMS includes full CRUD functionality for property listings, enabling administrators to create, update, publish/unpublish, and delete properties. It also allows image uploads, property status updates, and agent assignment. This system was designed to simulate the type of internal tools real estate companies use to manage listings. The backend is built with Laravel and PHP, where I implemented structured models, controllers, and database relationships to manage properties, users, agents, leases, and payments. I also built a custom property filtering system using Laravel queries, allowing users to dynamically search listings based on various criteria such as property status and attributes. To improve the user experience for prospective buyers and renters, I implemented a property tour request system. When a user submits a tour request, the request is stored in the backend and made available to agents for scheduling and follow-up. I also integrated Laravel Mailables to automatically notify agents when a user submits an inquiry about a property, enabling real-time communication between prospective clients and agents. In addition to the property management features, I implemented a rent payment system using Stripe. Users can securely save payment methods, make manual payments, and enable automatic monthly rent payments through Stripe subscriptions. Laravel Cashier is used to manage Stripe customers, payment methods, and recurring billing. To support automated rent billing logic, I also implemented Laravel scheduled commands that generate monthly rent payments tied to active leases. This simulates real-world property management software where recurring rent charges are generated automatically. Overall, this project demonstrates my ability to build full-stack applications using Laravel, design custom backend systems, integrate third-party payment APIs, and create scalable database-driven platforms.
Project Description
This is a Lawncare App that i created it allows the admin and employees to create appointments for customers. There is also an invoice section where you can create invoices for the service and add the price for each service depending on the job. The customers are also able to log in and see the invoices as well as see upcoming appointments. If they move they can update their address and contact information. In the future I will add the ability for the customers to pay invoices through stripe. For security up to this point i have created policies to restrict access to certain pages. I hid certain information that only specific users can see it depending on role. This was created using PHP and Laravel

The API utilizes Azure Blob Storage for efficient photo hosting and incorporates the Microsoft Identity Framework for robust security and user authentication. To ensure the reliability of the API, I employed xUnit for comprehensive testing of API calls, verifying that all functionalities operate as intended.
